Here at Boston Pads we pride ourselves in the quality of agents we work with at partner offices. It follows that our managers would also be top of the line. Not only do they lead by example to find their clients the right home for them, but they work hard 7 days a week to pass on their skills to their agents. Today, we celebrate our first Spotlight Manager: Anthony Campbell, office manager for Boardwalk Properties (Mission Hill).

A brief interview with Anthony:

How long have you been working with Boardwalk Properties/ Boston Pads?

I’ve been with Boardwalk / BostonPads for just over a year. I started January 2020

You were doing real estate before, what made you choose Boardwalk over other offices?

I chose Boardwalk because no other office could match the listings, the trainings, the support, the websites and the platform as a whole that is Boston Pads. The earning potential is truly unlimited with Boardwalk Properties and other offices powered by Boston Pads. No other office comes close to what we have here!

What do you find the most rewarding part about working in real estate to be?

The most rewarding part about being in real estate is working with people. I love being around people, talking to people and when I close a deal on my clients perfect home or apartment they truly appreciate the work I’ve done. I’m rewarded almost every day by satisfied and grateful clients.

How do you build relationships with clients and what would you like them to know about you?

Building relationships with clients has always come easy to me and as cliche as it sounds – I think it’s because I’m always just being myself. I don’t come off like a “salesman” and I think people appreciate that. By being personable I’m able to connect with my clients on different levels so they trust my opinion and rely on my knowledge of the real estate industry. I want all of my clients to know that I have their best interest in mind and will work hard to get them the best deal possible.

Lastly, all of your agents have great things to say about you. What do you look for when hiring a new agent?

When hiring new agents the two main traits I look for are coach-ability and the work ethic. When you combine those two characteristics they make for a dynamic agent. One who not only wants to learn how to be the best agent they can and make lots of money but someone who is willing to put in the hard work it takes to get there.

WE ARE HIRING!

Anthony is not only liked and respected by his agents, but is consistently closing deals for clients of his own.
