With only a small year-round population and limited commercial development, renters considering Gosnold need to account for transportation, seasonal services, and the logistics of island living as much as the property itself. Renters may also want to consider nearby Falmouth, or for island living, Tisbury or Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vinyard, as those areas are more likely to have available apartments than Gosnold’s Cuttyhunk Island.
