This policy applies to all SMS/MMS communications sent by or on behalf of Boston Pads, LLC, including messages related to property listings, appointments, client updates, and promotional communications.
Program Description
By opting in to our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Boston Pads, LLC related to real estate services, including but not limited to:

- Consent is not required as a condition to obtain services or engage in a real estate transaction.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-in records are securely maintained to ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.
Massachusetts Consumer Notice

- No unsolicited commercial or marketing text messages will be sent without prior express consent.
