This Mobile Messaging Policy explains how Boston Pads, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and manages your mobile phone number and any text messages you receive from us. This policy applies to all SMS/MMS communications sent by or on behalf of Boston Pads, LLC, including messages related to property listings, appointments, client updates, and promotional communications.

Program Description

By opting in to our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Boston Pads, LLC related to real estate services, including but not limited to:

  • Property listings, updates, and alerts
  • Open house notifications
  • Rental and sales opportunities
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Lease, application, or transaction updates
  • Service notices and important announcements
  • Occasional promotional or educational real-estate content
  • Other administrative, transactional, or real-estate communications

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Boston Pads, LLC, using automated or manual messaging systems, at the phone number you provided.

  • Consent is not required as a condition to obtain services or engage in a real estate transaction.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-in records are securely maintained to ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

Massachusetts Consumer Notice

All messages are sent in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection) and 940 CMR 3.00 (Advertising Regulations).

  • No unsolicited commercial or marketing text messages will be sent without prior express consent.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Opt-Out” below).
  • Boston Pads, LLC will not use your phone number for third-party marketing or resale.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final text confirming your opt-out. Afterward, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again by texting START to any message you have received.

Boston Pads, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Mobile Messaging Policy at any time.
