Property Description

Charlestown
Beautiful open modern kitchen with breakfast bar and all stainless-steel appliances. Open living room with lots of natural light. Bathroom has tile floors and glass stand up shower. Laundry in the unit, access to the roof deck and fitness center! Charlestown is the oldest neighborhood in Boston; it was originally laid out in 1629 in the reign of Charles I of England and it was the first capital of the Massachusetts Bay Colony. Charlestown is also very well known for being where Paul Revere began his famous midnight ride before the battle of Lexington in the American Revolution. Other historical points in Charlestown are the Bunker Hill Monument, which marks the first major battle of the American Revolution, and the USS Constitution, which is docked in the Charlestown navy yard and is the oldest warship in the world still afloat.

Your Own Home?

This is an estimate based on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 7.242% interest, 20% down payment, $120/mo homeowners insurance, and the average property tax rate of 10.90 in the Boston area. Actual interest rates, property taxes, and homeowners insurance will vary. Does not include additional expenses or fees such as closing costs, PMI, or HOA fees. Buyers must complete their own due diligence based on current market conditions.
