New East Boston MA Apartments

As per the information from Boston University, East Boston was formerly a working-class neighborhood with a large number of first-generation immigrants who had lived there for many years. Eastie was the neighborhood with the most affordable real estate in Boston. Due to the drop in the supply of homes for sale in downtown Boston and little flow of new inventory, buyers began to look towards areas outside of downtown like East Boston that still had affordable homes.

Both residential and commercial developers took advantage of this trend and so Eastie is being transformed into a new neighborhood.
