Chevalier Theatre

Deep Cuts provides live music, a variety of live acts, good food, and a brewery. They have some creative sandwiches such as the Greek & Destroy Wrap and the Banzo. In their basement brewery, they craft beers and hard seltzers including rotating seasonal favorites.
Condon Band Shell
In a lovely, park-like setting, the Condon Band Shell is a venue for live music. Weather permitting, the grounds also provide a space for a weekly farmers market.
The Great American Beer Hall
This is a large, rollicking 17,000 square-foot meeting hall that serves craft beer, wine, and cocktails. The in-house restaurant, The Lantern, serves sandwiches, rice bowls, salads, and brick-oven pizzas. Live music, outdoor beer garden, and dancing make this a perfect place to party.
Green Space
Wright’s Pond
Wright’s Pond has all you need for an outing. Surrounded by the Middlesex Reservation, it has 148 acres that include a beach, bath house, and a concession stand. Lush woods surround the pond to provide shade on hot days.
The Park at River’s Edge
The Boston Society of Landscape Architects awarded the Honor Design Award to Shadley Associates, the designers of this park. There are two acres of wetlands along the Malden River, nature paths, and an open field for recreation. It is also home to the Tufts Boat House which houses the university’s crew teams.
Torbert Macdonald State Park
The paved paths of this verdant park along the Mystic River are perfect for enjoying the scenery. Bring a picnic and savor the sounds of the water.
Dugger Park
There is plenty of room to play here on 3.2 acres consisting of five tennis courts, two basketball courts, one playground with a water spray, and a soccer field.
Mystic Riverbend Park
This park is part of the Mystic River Reservation and is a perfect place for viewing the Mystic River and the wildlife that live there. There is also a community garden, a windmill, and a dog park.

Transportation
Medford is a very easy town to get around. Most of its major streets are on bus routes and there is express service to Boston. The Orange Line at Wellington Station connects to the whole rapid transit system and Boston. The Lowell Commuter Rail Line stops at West Medford Square.
Close to Boston, the Mystic River, magnificent parks, great shopping, entertainment, and restaurants, Medford has it all.
