Boston condos are constantly in high demand. However, the inventory of condos in and around Boston is limited below the $500,000 price point. Many first-time homebuyers and recent transplants to Boston are looking for suitable condo properties they can afford. While there has been a surge of new condo construction throughout the city of Boston, most of those units are priced well beyond this mark.
