There has been some jaw-dropping real estate sales in Boston, marking an end to a booming quarter for the Boston real estate market. As units from the omnipresent Millennium Tower continue to fly off the shelf, it’s setting the pace for some remarkable real estate sales in and around Boston’s metro area.
One of the units from Boston’s Millennium Tower Penthouse Collection sold for just under $12 million last week. The 4.5 bath, 4700 square foot condo features floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors, as well as building amenities such as its own library, terrace, and private function rooms. Another unit in the Millennium Tower sold for a modest $4 million.
In Back Bay, a triplex condo located inside a historic brownstone sold for $8 million. With 5,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and 4.5 baths, this beautiful home boasts a bar, a library, multiple marble fireplaces, not to mention its own private terrace with gas grills, a kitchen, and a hot tub.
A few doors down from this Back Bay brownstone, a second-floor condo unit sold for $3.4 million. This 2100 square foot condo also offers marble fireplaces, high ceilings, two private decks, and an open kitchen, with beautiful views of the Charles River.
