The Boston rental market is tight. The Real Time Availability Rate (RTAR) for Boston apartments is 3.13%. This a 49.36% decrease in available apartments when compared to this same time of year pre- pandemic. As we discussed yesterday, some neighborhoods can offer renters a larger selection of apartments in Boston. Since September 1 remains the most popular move- in date for Boston renters, let’s take a look at some apartments in those neighborhoods available 9/1.

The bedrooms are a good size, with great closet space. Laundry is in the building. Living in this apartment you can also take advantage of all that Allston has to offer- delicious food, fun music scene, and, shortly after September 1, Allston Christmas!

You also couldn’t ask for more light in an apartment. The kitchen and living room have three large windows overlooking Boston that will not only make the apartment feel even larger, but also will give you a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The kitchen is updated with  stainless steel appliances, which will be great for when you host your friends and family in your new, modern apartment. One of the unique features of this apartment is an elegant stand-alone bathtub, perfect for a relaxing day.
